Times:  1 mile 9.30am – 5k Women’s Run 10am – 10k Women’s Run 10.10am

Why: One of the first three races that we hosted back in 2013, Nottingham’s Victoria Embankment is the perfect setting for a fast and flat race. The same friendly atmosphere will return, with pacers to help you run to your target time, marshals to support and encourage you and every runner will receive a cracking medal and a selection of free goodies including the latest issue of Women’s Running magazine at the finish line.

The Course
Both the 5K and 10K courses take place over flat tarmac terrain – ideal if you’re taking part in your first race or chasing a PB – and promise stunning scenery along the riverside. You can also choose the one-mile race option, which is open to families.


10K- Individual – £22  5K- Individual – £18    One-Mile – £8

Event Day Information

Arrival and Registration

Timings – 1 mile 9.30am – 5k Women’s Run 10am – 10k Women’s Run 10.10am

It is very important we run to time so please ensure you arrive nice and early to collect your race pack. Registration will be open from 8.15am and will close at 9.45am. Our event hub is on the grassy area in front of the main building.

Make sure you either print off your race number confirmation or have this to display on your mobile device when you arrive at registration. There will be different sections for collecting 5k and 10k and Mini the kids race packs. At registration you will receive your race number and chip, and safety pins.

Registration will be set by race number so please make sure you queue in the correct section. Remember you will collect your race number along with your race chip here. You will be using our Chip on Bib race numbers and it is important these are displayed on your outer garment to ensure

  1. We can see your race number when running and
  2. To help with the timing system to read your time.

Please make sure you pin your race number to your outer garment so we can view this when you are running.

The Kids 1 Mile Race

The Kids 1 Mile Run starts at 930am and Dad’s why not run with the kids! All Kids 1 Milers must be back across the finish line by 950am.

The Warm Up

The warm up takes place around 945am and the 5k at 10am and 10k at 10.10am.

Bag Storage

This is located next to the registration tents. Please note space is limited so travel as lightly as possible.

The Run Timings

Please note placings are based on Gun time. So if you are in it to win it aim to get to the front for the start. Gun time is from when the race starts i.e. 10am. You will also receive your net time which is your actual run time from when you cross the starting mats.

After the Event

Everyone will receive a very cool medal. You will be able to check out your instant race results and these also go live to our website and will show within your profile page as well. Goodies will also be available at the finish line.
