Strength: Leaning kicks

Strength: Leaning kicksĀ teaches your back thighs to do explosive contractions, which will improve your overall power.


  • Lean with your hands against a wall, keeping your arms straight.
  • Keep your knees next to each other.
  • Kick your right heel up towards your bottom.
  • Return your right foot to the floor.
  • Repeat with the left leg.
  • Alternate as fast as possible.
  • Ensure that your knees stay next to each other.

Be safe

Keep your back straight and your tummy muscles tight.
