Strength: Lateral box jumps

Strength: Lateral box jumps improve your stability and explosive power that will boost your ability to cope with any terrain. This move also works on your balance and supports your front and back thighs.


  • Stand with both feet on a step.
  • Jump with both feet sideways off the step.
  • Jump back onto the step.
  • Jump sideways off the step on the other side.
  • Keep alternating between left and right.
  • Complete the move as quickly as possible.

Be safe

Keep your tummy muscles tight and focus on a point in front of you.
