We all know that strength training will improve our speed and power – and reduce our risks of injury – but, sometimes, going for a run instead feels a whole lot easier! Not any more. With this short video, put together by our fitness editor, Anne-Marie Letegan, strength training couldn’t be easier. Here, Anne-Marie shows you all the moves you need to improve strength in your core and legs. Follow Anne-Marie’s lead, performing each move 10-15 times and do the circuit three times. Stop the video where necessary to catch up and check up on your technique.
