Stability ball: Press-ups

Stability ball: Press-ups will build a strong upper body that will help you drive up those hills and generate speed.


  • Lie with your chest on or close to the ball, placing your hands next to your chest on
  • the ball.
  • Keeping your tummy tight, lift your body off the ball by straightening your arms.
  • Lower your body back onto the ball.

Be safe

If you can’t lift your whole body off the ball, start by keeping your hips on the ball and only lift your upper body.
