Stability ball: Plank

Stability ball: Plank is a good exercise to improve your balance and running posture by targeting your hip flexors, glutes and shoulders.

Technique

  • Place your hands on the floor and your feet on the ball.
  • Keep your tummy muscles tight and breathe normally while holding the position.

Be safe

Don’t do this exercise if you have high blood pressure.
