Stability ball cross overs

Stability ball: Cross overs will help you run faster and improve your balance.


  • Lie with your back supported on a stability ball.
  • Place your hands behind your head and look up to the ceiling.
  • Crunch your head and shoulders about two inches up and rotate to the right.
  • Lower back down to the centre position.
  • Repeat the move towards the left.
  • Alternate between right and left.

Be safe

Don’t bounce on the ball and use slow, controlled movements.
