Stability ball: Cross overs will help you run faster and improve your balance.
- Lie with your back supported on a stability ball.
- Place your hands behind your head and look up to the ceiling.
- Crunch your head and shoulders about two inches up and rotate to the right.
- Lower back down to the centre position.
- Repeat the move towards the left.
- Alternate between right and left.
Don’t bounce on the ball and use slow, controlled movements.
