Foam roller: Hamstring stretch

Foam roller: Hamstring stretch works to maintain a good running technique and to stay injury free. Using the foam roller over these muscles is useful for people with tightness in their lower back.

Technique

  • Lie with your lower back on the foam roller.
  • Straighten your legs up to the ceiling.
  • Grab hold of your legs and pull them towards your head until you feel the stretch and hold for a minute.

Be safe

Don’t overstretch.
