Core strength one minute crunch

To improve your running you need to improve your muscle endurance and this means that you need the core strength: one minute crunch. Set your stop watch and grit your teeth – one minute of pain equals a future of running GAIN.

  • Lie down on your back and place your feet on the floor and your hands next to your temples.
  • Look up to the ceiling.
  • Crunch up by lifting your head and shoulders off the floor.
  • Repeat the move for one minute.

Be safe

Push your lower back into the ground to keep your spine stable.
