Balancing act knee hugs

Balancing act: Knee hugs will improve the movement around your hip joint.


  • Pull your right knee up and into your chest.
  • Place your right foot down on the floor and repeat with your left leg.
  • Alternate between right and left.

Be safe

Keep your tummy tight to aid your balance.
