Balancing act: Forward hip swings

Balancing act: Front hip swings loosen up the hip joint and the muscles in the back of your leg and increase your flexibility when you are running.


  • Stand on your right leg.
  • Swing your left leg forwards and backwards.
  • Start with small movements and increase your range of motion


Be safe

Hold onto something if you struggle with balance.
