TWO STEPS TO RUNNING BETTER & RUNNING FASTER:

STEP 1: BIOMECHANICAL RUNNING ANALYSIS
Expert coaches video you from different angles and at different speeds to analyse your running technique. This will help to identify any weaknesses and inefficiencies that could cause you injury or prevent you from running faster. Your general movement will then be analysed using a DMS Functional Movement Analysis®. It will highlight your muscle firing patterns and compensations due to previous injury or habit. By the end of this session, you will discover what you need to work on and how The Running School can help you to reduce your risk of injury, improve your efficiency and get the most out of your running.

STEP 2: RUNNING TECHNIQUE COACHING
Once the weaknesses are identified, you can then discuss your personal goals with The Running School’s friendly specialist coaches, who will start guiding you through the process of running re-education. These technique sessions are individually tailored to your abilities and goals, using accelerated learning methods to ensure you reach these goals in the quickest and safest way possible.
