Challenge yourself, keep motivated, get a medal and support a charity with our new Women's Running Virtual Challenges

We wanted to create some fun virtual challenges for you to do, as well as give something back to the NHS and our partner charity Bath Mind.

Our first set of virtual challenges can be done at home in your garden or up and down your stairs! Or, if you don’t have stairs or a garden, then you can venture out into the fresh air to do them.

Our first 5 challenges are:

10k Garden Challenge
Ben Nevis Stair Climb
Scafell Pike Stair Climb
Snowdon Stair Climb
Slieve Donard Stair Climb

Why not challenge yourself to do all 4 stair climbs and get the full set of British mountains, and the full set of medals!

**UPDATE**

We’ve added 5 more challenges for you to choose from:

5k in a Day

Marathon

Half Marathon

Multi-Day Marathon

100k in 30 Days

15% of the proceeds will go to charity.

Our wooden medals are manufactured at a social enterprise in the Scottish Highlands which offers opportunities to young people in the local area who have additional support needs.

Made from sustainable wood in local forests, our medals have a far lower carbon footprint than imported metal medals.

Eco, ethical and great quality!

Get involved and earn your medals here.
