The resilience of runners has been awe-inspiring during lockdown. We thought we’d remind you of this by celebrating just a handful of incredible runners who have used their running to make lives better in any way that they can. From dropping off letters mid-run to ensuring all runners can access running for its mental health benefits during these trying times, these women have built communities, raised smiles, raised funds for charity, and so much more.

They’re amazing. And so are you. You are amazing for having got to July (July!) with the world around us in turmoil. There have been awful times, there have been surprisingly good times, but we’re here now, and we’ve made it this far.
