The February issue of Women's Running for 2022 is out now! Here's what's in store...
The February issue of Women’s Running is here to help support you on your running journey, whether you’ve just started running in 2022 or you’re looking ahead to new running goals. This issue, we tackle representation in running, and we ask our cover star Ginnia Cheng to examine what we can all do to ensure we encourage every woman to enjoy running. And this issue we introduce our new Running Skills section, brought to you by The Running Channel’s Anna Harding, who is taking us back to basics in this first part, with a practical warm-up and cool down workshop. We also look at ways we can all inject a bit more adventure into our running: from taking the footpath rather than the pavement, to full-scale mountainous multi-day running adventures. And if that’s not adventure for you, we check out barefoot running to figure out if we should all be ditching our shoes!
