Paula Radcliffe has chosen April’s Virgin Money London Marathon as her last marathon.
She still holds the record time of two hours 15 minutes and 25 seconds, and has been an iconic inspiration to our female running community during her extraordinary career.
Paula, the three-time London marathon winner, destroyed the world record in London back in 2003, with a jaw-dropping time that no woman has since been close to.
The 41-year-old and mother of two last completed the marathon distance back in Berlin in 2011. She will end her distinguished marathon career in London, on the course that made her a global running superstar.
