It’s incredibly quick and simple to make, comforting and rich, and a great source of fibre.

Serves: 2-3
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 130ml plant-based milk alternative
- 2 tbsp of Naturya Chia+ Chocolate
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp of Naturya Coconut Sugar
- 6 thick slices of day old bread
- oil for frying
- Naturya Cacao & Hazelnut Spread
- Mixed berries to garnish
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, the Naturya Chia+ Chocolate, the coconut sugar, the cinnamon and the salt.
- Dip the bread in the mix and wipe off any excess.
- Add the oil to a non-stick frying pan and gently fry each slice of bread on both sides until crisp.
- Stack the bread slices with the cacao & hazelnut spread in-between slices and garnish with fresh berries.
