Finding plant-based sources of protein that are also healthy can be tricker for us runners. We find out more about Good&Honest's delicious snacks

Good & Honest was founded with a simple mission in mind: good ingredients, honestly made. They offer a range of delicious and healthy plant-based popped crisps with a great crunch – the perfect treat that also helps you stick to your nutritional goals. Their crisps comes in three variations: Core, Veggie and Protein. Read on to find out more and for your exclusive discount code…

What makes them so good?

All of Good & Honest’s crisps are made from all-natural ingredients, with lower calories, high in fibre, low in fat and gluten free. They’re all also a great source of protein, with the Protein crisps give a whopping 20g of protein per 100g.

Good&Honest never use artificial preservatives, colours or flavours and their snacks are never fried. They use innovative technology to “pop” their snacks, giving them the signature crunch that you’d expect, without the negative health credentials that result from frying snacks in oil.

All about the flavour

Out of Good & Honest’s 11 flavours, 9 are vegan, the rest vegetarian. They also have 6 flavours that come in smaller packets, making them great for lunchboxes and on-the-go snacks, while their larger bags are great for sharing, dipping or adding to a platter.

There’s a flavour for everyone, whether you like the mix of Sweet & Salty, prefer a punchy flavour like our Sweet Chilli and Sweet BBQ or just straight up Salted.  Some of these run across a couple of their ranges, so some days you can go for a classic, and others you can up your protein!

Their Veggie popped crisps come in two different combinations: their green bags are made with real green peas, potato and black beans, while their light blue bags are made with real chickpeas, sweet potato and green peas.
