Have bRUNch with Women's Running

Have bRUNch with Women’s Running

Thank god it’s Friday because it means for most of us there is probably chance of a nice long run, free of interruptions like work, the school run, boyfriends, bosses, etcetera.

To celebrate the weekend in all it’s running glory, we at WR have started this new Friday-Monday comments thread to plot our weekend plans with you.

We’ve called it bRUNch because it will combine our favourite weekend pursuits: food and running.

My weekend bRUNch will be – continuing my slow slog back from injury – a grand total of 10 minutes running in steady 30 second blocks through the lovely sunny woods. Closely followed by a cappuccino and pastry in a local cafe (I can be indulgent after last night’s all-green dinner!)

From Friday to Monday we will be sharing our bRUNch plans on this thread, Instagramming our bRUNch on the Women’s Running Instagram and RTing yours too on Twitter using the #bRUNch hashtag. We want to read and see where you’re running and what you runners are eating and baking! Happy bRUNching!

Want your say? Email us at [email protected] or talk to us in the comment thread below – we will do our best to get back to you soon. Join the Women’s Running UK community for more comment, analysis and race information direct to your inbox. Follow us on twitter via @womensrunninguk
