Saucony have updated their Endorphin collection, and we’re excited

Read Time:   |  June 15, 2021

We loved the Endorphin Pro, Speed and Shift last year, so we can't wait to see their updates – and there's a brand new trail shoe joining the collection

You might have seen our first look at the Endorphin Pro 2 earlier this month, but it turns out that’s not all Saucony had lined up for us!

They’ve announced brand new versions of all of the Endorphin collection: the Endorphin Pro 2 with limitless speed; the award-winning Endorphin Speed 2, a do-it-all trainer and racer and the Endorphin Shift 2 with streamlined stability. The updated versions of the shoes have seen improvements to the fit and comfort of the design, while still giving us the PB-breaking speed we saw last year.

And there’s more. They’ve added a trail shoe to the mix, taking their super fast shoe technology we loved from the first Endorphin collection off-road. The Endorphin Trail, out 15 July, blends the brand’s SPEEDROLL ™ Technology with a thick stack of ultra-responsive, featherweight PWRRUN PB™ cushioning to propel us forward effortlessly and give us confidence on whatever terrain we meet – sounds good to us!

“These are the shoes that dreams are made of,” said Shawn Hoy, vice president of global product for Saucony. “From the race-ready Pro, to the award-winning Speed, to the feel-good miles of the Shift, we have proven that we can make running faster and even more fun, and now, that includes trail runners too. We knew we had something special with the Endorphin Collection, but even in early discussions with consumers and retailers, we felt so much demand for a similarly fast and fun experience on the trails. We’re excited to introduce runners to the Endorphin Trail, and whether they choose it for its performance capabilities or distinct look, we love the idea that it might help even more people fall in love with trail running.”

The collection will be released throughout the summer, so keep your eyes peeled for our reviews and first-looks as we go. In the mean time, you can find out more about the collection here.
