The Airofit Active has just been launched and promises to make breathing training easier than ever

You might remember us talking about breathing training a few months ago, when we reviewed the Airofit Pro. Now, there’s an even easier way to start breathing training with the new Airofit Active.

Similarly to the Pro, it’s a little device that you pop into your mouth and breathe in and out of. It has adjustable resistance for both the inhale and exhale to help you work on whatever part of your breathing you would like to strengthen, and you can also use it as a tool for breathing for wellbeing.

Its partner app offers really easy-to-follow guided breathing training sessions, and shows you your activity history to keep you on track.

The best part? If you start breathing training with the Airofit Active and decide that you would like to move on to the more data-driven Airofit Pro, you can upgrade by just paying the difference between the two – and keep your Airofit Active to gift to a running pal who might enjoy breath training.
