Essential women’s running gear for Spring

Read Time:   |  April 6, 2021

Here's all the gear we're loving for Spring 2021...

Spring is in full swing and we’ve been updating our running wishlists with gorgeous new gear to keep us cool, dry and comfortable through our training. Here’s what made the cut…

UNDER ARMOUR Run Anywhere Anorak Jacket | £105

This beautiful jacket has been designed to make it easier for you to find everything you need, all in one place. It has a slightly fuller cut, so there’s plenty of room to move, it’s incredibly lightweight with a huge front pocket to stash all your stuff. The wind-resistant material is perfect for our changeable weather!

SWEATY BETTY Energise Long-Sleeve Gym Top £38

Layering is key at this time of year – and this is the perfect top for unpredictable weather, featuring sweat-wicking and fast-drying material. The fit is relaxed and comfortable, with cosy thumbholes and a flattering dip-hem back. It’s excellent quality for the reasonable price-point, too.

Available in sizes XXS-XXL

ZAAZEE Eden Fitness Vest | £27

Created in Zaazee’s signature sustainable Italian fabric, the fit of the Eden is oh-so-flattering, and the slight a-line cut means it never rides up, making it an absolute godsend on those warmer runs. And, if you use the code EDEN2FOR50 at the checkout then you can get two for £50 – ideal!

Available in sizes XS-M

ROCKAY Light Performance Bra £49

This stunning bra is a brilliant addition to your workout wardrobe; in a colour block scheme that you’ll want to show off rather than hide underneath a top. Created from recycled fabrics, with comfortable bonded seams and laser cut holes, you can happily work up a sweat in this beauty.

Available in sizes XS-XL

BROOKS Chaser 5″ 2-in-1 Short £55

These beautiful shorts have a built-in tight short liner, and have been created from 89% recycled polyester. The 2-in-1 style stays securely put during your run, and you’ll find a multiude of storage options nestled in there too: with two thigh pockets, two front pockets in the waistband, and a back zip pocket for your phone. No need for an armband here!

Available in sizes XS-XXL

BAM Kennick Side Pocket Bamboo Leggings £50

These supersoft leggings are a bit of a revelation if you’ve been used to wearing technical fabric through the winter: these feel like putting on your most favourite pair of comfy tights, and yet their performance is second to none. Equipped with two sizeable thigh pockets, these leggings are total squat proof and designed to require zero hitching. Hurrah!

Available in sizes 8-16

FEETURES High Performance Ultra Light No Show socks £11

If you’ve not tried Feetures, you really need to: with a design that hugs your feet where you need it to via its Lycra power bands, these ultra light socks will prevent blisters, and keep your feet cool and dry when you need it most. Available in a range of colours and styles, these are our current spring faves.

INOV-8 TrailFly Ultra G 300 Max shoes £170

With the world’s first Graphene-enhanced foam and possibly (yet to be confirmed) the world’s brightest, springiest green outer, these cheerful chaps are going to brighten up your trail runs like no-one’s business. With 25% energy return, tons of cushion and the kind of mega grip you need on trails and in slippery conditions, these are available for delivery on or after 8th April.
