The planet needs you!

Join WWF’s Team Panda at the Brighton Marathon 2017! Renowned for its buzzing atmosphere and roaring crowd support, the course winds through the city streets, finishing up on the spectacular Brighton seafront. Whether you were lucky enough to secure a place in the ballot or you still need a place we’d love to have you on our team.

From the moment you sign up your journey begins, we are with you every step of the way.

As a Team Panda member, you’ll receive a fundraising pack filled with great ideas to reach your target and even exceed it. You will have access to the Team Panda online training hub and if you sign up for the Brighton Marathon before February, you’ll be invited to our annual marathon preparation training day at The Living Planet Centre, WWF’s headquarters in Woking.

Your event pack includes a WWF ‘The Panda Made Me Do It’ breathable running vest and a panda headband, complete with ears (of course!) all of which are made from sustainable materials. On event day, Team Panda cheer squads will keep you motivated along route. You may even see a panda or two cheering and high-fiving the team across the finish line, which includes a well-deserved Panda Hug too!

The latest edition of WWF’s Living Planet Report shows the devastating impacts humans are having on the world’s wildlife and natural world. Unless we act now, wildlife populations will decline by 67% by 2020. We can turn this around. In just one generation we can halt the decline and reverse the impact we are currently having on our planet.

By joining Team Panda, you’re supporting WWF’s vital conservation work and are making a difference to help protect our beautiful planet.
