Keep on moving with Runderwear's new virtual community workout challenge

Missing your local gym already? Our friends at Runderwear have launched a 60-day virtual challenge to keep you on track with your cross-training goals.

Everyday at 10am, you can join co-founders and elite runners Rich Edmonds and Jamie Smalley on Facebook Live for a 20-minute workout in the comfort of your own home. It can be tough to motivate yourself, but with two personal trainers and a community of other runners involved, the #60DayChallenge should help you feel inspired to improve your overall strength.

There will be weekly benchmarks, so you can measure your progress and challenge yourself to beat a PB. In times of uncertainty, it might be encouraging to set yourself some goals. The Weekly Mini Challenges will push you to improve on specific exercises, like how long you can hold a plank or how many press-ups you can complete, with the main aim of completing the Runderwear Pyramid Challenge in the quickest time possible.

Whether you’re a regular gym-goer or a runner who wants to improve core strength and stability, the Runderwear #60DayChallenge is a great opportunity to stay focussed and ease stress.
