In the UK today, one in two people will be diagnosed with cancer. But we are not powerless.

For the last 25 years, World Cancer Research Fund has been funding only the brightest and best research on cancer prevention related to diet, weight and physical activity in the UK.

To mark this special anniversary, we’re making a pledge to move even closer to achieving our ultimate goal – to live in a world free from preventable cancer. By joining our team for some of the UK’s best races in 2016, you can help us bring this day closer.

From stunning city 10Ks to scenic half marathons and world-class marathons, we’re sure to have a run to suit you whatever your ability. Spaces are limited, but we would love for you to join Team Cancer Prevention. Or, if you have secured your own place from any of the race organisers and you’d like to run with us, then we’d love to hear from you!

We’ll be with you every step of the way with a welcome pack full of fundraising ideas and access to training places to help you get to the start line – wherever that might be! You’ll also receive an exclusive Team Cancer Prevention running vest so we can cheer you on.

To join our team, call Leanne Richards on 0207 343 4200 or email [email protected] or visit wcrf-uk.org/run
