The Swiss running brand wants to help runners unlock their true potential with a pop-up lab in London packed with cool running technology
One of the things we love about running is the fact that we don’t need anyone else to do it – you can just lace up and head out on your own, wherever you are.
But that can also be a bit of a downfall for us: whether we’re new to running or a racing pro, we can all pick up some bad form habits that could lead to injury. And if you’re anything like us, the prospect of getting running coaching can sometimes feel a little bit daunting.
ON Running want to help. They’re opening a Performance Running Lab in London on 5th August, offering expert individual running analysis, coaching and training feedback to anyone who wants to pop in, as well as shoe trialling and fitting.
They’ve got a whole host of cool kit to help us understand how we run, including their Magic Wall, which offers the experience of running on clouds with biomechanical form analysis.
The Performance Running Lab will also host evening group runs to join in with, as well as expert Q&A speaker events and panels, which we can’t wait for – some IRL running community time is just what we need after the past 18 months. And on Saturdays there will be strength & conditioning classes for runners with Third Space, to keep us on our toes.
If you’re in London and would like to get involved, find out more info here. The On Performance Running Lab will be open from Thursday 5th August – Monday 20th August in Shoreditch’s Protein Studios, London.
