Sweaty Betty are encouraging us to enjoy the great outdoors

If there’s anything we’ve learnt this year, it’s the power of a Strava challenge to motivate and inspire us. And we don’t know about you, but if we had the chance to win some gorgeous new activewear, we’d be even more excited to get out for our run!

Enter Sweaty Betty. They’re hosting a Let’s Go Outside Strava challenge from 26th April to 9th May. Hoping to inspire us to enjoy the Spring weather, they want us to run, walk or hike 40K in 14 days, and if we do, we could bag a secret reward and be in with the chance of winning £1000 worth of Sweaty Betty kit.

If you’d like to join in, simply sign up via Strava and log your chosen activity – you can do it daily (that’s less than 3KM a day!), break it down into chunks or even head out for one big adventure.
