tubestrike

With all London Underground stations today closed due to the 24-hour tube strike, Fitness First health club has eased stress for London commuters by offering free shower and gym facilities to those left stranded by the tube strike.

This initiative, branded #FFKeepMoving on social media, first began during last month’s underground walkout, to encourage commuters to walk, run or cycle to work, with the opportunity of showering before work, following their commute.

Commuters are simply required to show their Oyster Card in one of Fitness First’s 45 central London gyms to use all gym facilities free of charge.
