Cancer Research UK Race for Life, Nationwide

This ever-popular 5K series needs no introduction. With almost 300 events, there’s bound to be one near you, so sign up, don your prettiest pink attire, and go and kick cancer’s butt.

Sri Chinmoy 5K, London

A series of short races held in London’s beautiful Battersea Park throughout the year, this popular Monday night race is the perfect place to aim for a PB, as it’s super flat and fast. All abilities are welcome.

The Color Run, Nationwide

Billed as ‘the happiest 5K on the planet’, the concept is simple: wear white to the start and get doused in coloured powder as you run along the course. The race is untimed, as the emphasis is on having a good time, not running a good time.
