Enter our competition and you could be joining Wild Coast Escapes in South Devon for their next retreat

We’ve teamed up with the lovely team at Wild Coast Escapes to offer you the chance to join them on their next South Devon retreat, 20th-22nd May 2022.

About the retreat

Dream of swapping pavements for stunning coastal trails? Of switching your lengths in the pool for swims off secluded bays? Trading the studio for yoga in stunning countryside? Then join theĀ  awesome Wild Coast Escapes team and other like-minded folk on their next retreat.

They’ll host you and a small group of other retreaters for 3 nights (Friday – Monday) in an idyllic rural retreat, set within the lush rolling hills of South Devon. You’ll be immersed in everything that stunning South Devon has to offer, from trail running to wild swimming. Every single element will be taken care of allowing you to focus on the challenge at hand and savour the experience.

Not a runner? Not a swimmer? Not a yogi? Don’t panic! Their team of expert guides and instructors will tailor their sessions to ensure all abilities get the absolute most of their experience.

She loves to combine running and exploring, so you'll often find her testing out the latest kit in exciting locations across the UK and beyond. Kate champions exercising for enjoyment. "Most of the year, you'll find me running for fun and wellbeing," she says. "That being said, I do still love the thrill of training for a race from time to time!"
