Now's the time to learn to run with more enjoyment and awareness

For many of us who are still able to get out and exercise, running has become a lifeline. It’s an opportunity for us to do what we love, free from distraction: for a fleeting moment, life feels relatively normal again.

RUN:ZEN get this, so they’ve set up a mindful running workshop to help you get as much enjoyment and tranquility as possible out of your run.

Mindful Running with Yin Yoga is an online workshop that combines running and mindfulness, offering an immersive introduction to the essential building blocks of mindful running. The class could help you to enjoy running more, improve form, prevent injury and just feel better in yourself.

With mindfulness practices, running tips and a Yin Yoga session designed specifically for runners, the class is open to people of all abilities. There’s no specific price for the class, either – just whatever you’d like to donate.
