Brooks are helping runners stay fit, happy and healthy

We can’t stress this enough: in the current climate, you have to do what’s manageable for you. If you’re capable of running an ultramarathon in your back garden then we salute you, but if you’re struggling to even haul yourself our of bed in the morning, we completely get that too. The most important thing is that you’re doing what makes you happy.

This is where Brooks comes in: their mission right now is to remind people just how positive exercise can make you feel. From a gentle 1K jog to a full-on virtual marathon, Brooks want to reward people for getting out there and running.

With their #RunHappyAtHome campaign, you can submit screenshots of your running activity to claim lovely prizes, like virtual medals and Brooks swag. Run between 5 and 42K to win goodies, with a virtual medal for 1-3K runs. The medals change weekly, too, so you can start your own virtual collection.

If you can’t get outside and run or you’re focussing on strength training instead, your home workouts can earn you prizes, too.
