20-minute mobility workout for runners

On Running and Balboa share their yoga-inspired flow workout for improving mobility

On have teamed up with fitness experts Balbao for a series of workout videos to help you improve your running.

This first video is inspired by yoga flow and should help you to improve your mobility and flexibility. It also makes a great cool-down session if you’ve done a longer workout or run beforehand.

This session is designed to help you increase flexibility and improve strength in your joints. Controlled articular rotation (CARs) exercises make this ideal for runners looking to enhance their mobility.
